We hope all our customers are completely happy with their purchases from our online store. Our aim is to provide our online customers with an excellent level of service. If you are not entirely happy we will do our best to help resolve this as soon as possible

Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase is faulty a full refund or replacement will be provided, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We can only accept returns on faulty wall art products, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind as these products are all made to order. These products are made to order and therefore no returns can be accepted. We cannot accept returns for wallpaper, fabric, trimmings, tiebacks or wall arts due to mixed batch numbers after 7 days of purchase. If you change your mind within 7 days your return will be subject to a restocking fee and min quantity returns.

We can only accept returns of 5 roll’s or 5m’s of fabric in any one design and this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please ensure that you have calculated the quantities that you require prior to ordering. If you need any help with this then please contact us. Unless faulty the cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with the original packing intact for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. In this instance we recommend that goods are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

The returns and refunds policy does not apply to products that have been specially requested or made to order to particular requirements. Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy, the customer will be made aware of this when the order is accepted. If your goods are faulty it is essential to inform us within 5 working days of receipt. A replacement item will be sent or if no replacement is available a full refund will be offered.

Payment

We accept all major debit / credit cards ia our secure payment process, we also accept PayPal. Also we accept cheques which should be made payable to Four ID (all goods paid for by cheque will only be sent once the cheque has cleared). Please contact the sales office to place an order and pay by cheque.

Website Images

We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen. We offer a sample service for all fabrics & wallpapers. Colours on the screen often appear different. We recommend that the fabric or wallpaper is viewed prior to purchase via a sample book or via ordering of a sample as returns cannot be accepted for these items unless in agreement with the terms above

Delivery

A delivery and handling charge of £6.95 is levied to every order placed up to £250.00 for delivery within Mainland UK. This includes all Postage & Packaging fee’s. We deliver to anywhere in the world. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT included in the price. For International orders the receiver will be responsible for all the customs and import duties.

Delivery Times

We deliver between 8.30am & 6pm Monday to Fri. This excludes a number of smaller items which may be delivered on a weekend via Royal Mail. We aim to carry most items in stock however some products may need to be ordered especially for you. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be notified of an estimated delivery date, should you choose not to wait, you will be given the option to cancel and a full refund will be given. Failed deliveries will be carded so that the customer has another opportunity to accept delivery or the parcel may be taken to a courier collection centre for you to collect when convenient. Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to non delivery or a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by phone within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the order has progressed beyond this point a cancellation charge will apply. This charge shall not exceed 10% of the item cost. If it is not possible to prevent your order from being dispatched you can return the product in line with our returns policy. We reserve the right to cancel items ordered or an entire order for any reason whatsoever and will refund the full price paid for each cancelled item. In such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you without delay to explain why a cancellation was necessary. For made to measure orders where products are specially requested by the customer no cancellation facility is available.

Damaged Goods

If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery. Any goods that have been Made to Measure are NON RETURNABLE.

Customer details will never be shared with anyone outside of 4id Interiors. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us, please register that with us immediately by e-mail.

No permission is given by 4id Interiors in respect of the reproduction or commercial purposes any photographic material shown on the 4id Interiors website in which intellectual property rights subsist. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
