RETURNS POLICY

For all wallpaper orders 5 rolls + if you change your mind within 7 days you may return your order in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Due to the cost of restocking & mixed batch numbers there will be a restocking fee of 25% for all orders returned over 5 rolls. Wall Art products, all made to measure items and cushions are deemed as special orders and once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled. Fabric orders are also deemed as special orders, once the fabric has been cut to the length you require it is deemed a bespoke order. For readymade string curtains you may return these items within 7 days to receive a full refund.

SAMPLES

We offer a sample service for all wallpapers & fabrics. Just select 'order by sample' on any product page. We can also help you calculate the quantity you require prior to purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty a full replacement or refund will be offered. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt. If your order is fabric please do not cut as this will void your claim.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please notify us prior to sending any items back.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
