Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact the sales office within 7 days of purchase. If your purchase is faulty a full refund or replacement will be provided, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

We can accept returns for wallpaper, fabric, or wall arts due to mixed batch numbers after 7 days of purchase. However due to mixed batch numbers if you change your mind within 7 days your return will be subject to a restocking fee and min quantity returns. We can only accept returns of 5 roll’s or 5m’s of fabric in any one design and this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  For all other products a restocking fee of 10% will be required.

We offer a sample service for all fabrics & wallpapers. Colours on the screen often appear different. We recommend that the fabric or wallpaper is viewed prior to purchase via a sample book or via ordering of a sample as returns cannot be accepted for these items unless in agreement with the terms above

We can only accept returns on faulty wall art products, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind as these products are all made to order, and regarded as ‘Special Order’.
